dt333 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of This Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each natural person may hold only one active dt333 account. Multiple registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — constitute a material breach of these Terms. dt333 uses technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, dt333 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void any bets, withdrawals, or bonus claims made across those accounts.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You must promptly notify dt333 of any changes to your registered details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

3.4 Restricted Jurisdictions

dt333 targets players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. dt333 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Players who circumvent geographic restrictions using VPN or proxy services do so in violation of these Terms and may have their accounts suspended and balances forfeited.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your dt333 login credentials. 4.4 Account Closure by dt333

dt333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, without prior notice, where dt333 reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other unlawful activity; (c) you have provided false information during registration or verification; (d) you have engaged in any form of cheating, collusion, or exploitation of software errors; or (e) continued operation of your account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform.

5. Deposits & Payments

dt333 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All four methods support instant crediting to your dt333 account balance upon successful transaction confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit.

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. dt333 will not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party payment source, dt333 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend your account, and conduct further verification before permitting any withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full identity and payment verification before any withdrawal can be processed.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules
